Our warranty/exchange policy is 30-90 days (unless otherwise previously agreed upon) EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. We only issue refunds if we are unable to provide the part you need as a functional mechanical unit or in sufficiently good condition for cosmetic items. No longer needing an item, or obtaining a replacement elsewhere when we have one available is NOT a valid reason to request a refund. If an item is incorrect or non-functional or otherwise unsatisfactory, we will provide one that is or log the return as store credit. If we make a mistake we cover shipping, if the customer makes a mistake (ordering the wrong part number or wrong part completely) return and replacement shipping is the customers responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 15% of the order total on returns due to a customer mistake. Please be aware of this policy before placing your order and if you have any concerns or questions don't hesitate to ask.
